When can you arrive?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
What if you would like to arrive earlier or later?
Please use our key safe. You will receive the code from us via SMS or email on the day of your arrival.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
Can you have dinner at your place?
We do not offer on-site dining, but the Pizzeria La Rosa is about 150m away, and the Hotel Schloss Gabelhofen is about 850m away. Link to restaurant directory
Where can you park?
Free parking is available in front of the house. A parking space in one of our garages costs €10 per night, and a carport costs €5 per night.

If you are arriving by bicycle
We provide a lockable garage for your bicycle.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are permitted in the studio category only, and only with prior arrangement. We charge €15 per night, excluding food.
Categories: Double rooms and family rooms
These rooms are equipped with carpeted floors; we charge a cleaning fee of €30.
What are the cancellation policies?
The cancellation policy of the Austrian Hotel Association applies.
Can a bus also park in the parking lot?
Since we have 2 parking spaces, a bus also has the possibility to park there.
